Who should take this course?
When the course was first designed, it was aimed at primarily taxi drivers. Today, anyone who comes in contact with visitors, including hotel staff, person working in attractions to bus drivers can benefit from this course. Over the years we've even had new residents take the course simply to learn about Bermuda. There is something in it for everyone!
Is there a test at the end of the course?
Yes, you will be assessed at the end of the course through true and false and multiple-choice type answers. However, the test is open book and our engaging presenters will ensure that you have all the knowledge that you need to be successful!
What do I get if I successfully complete the course?
Congratulations! Upon successful completion of the course you will be given a certificate and a Blue Flag pin.
